Terms and Conditions

Rose Hill Floral strives to deliver the freshest product available. Rose Hill Floral reserves the right to substitute any flower pictured with a suitable substitute if pictured flower is not available or arrived in damaged condition.
We do our best to deliver your order in timely fashion. Please note any order placed after 2pm CST will be eligible for next day delivery.
If the recipient is not home upon delivery your order will be left on the recipients porch. The recipient will be notified via the phone number included with the order.

We do our best during bad weather situations to deliver when the recipient is home. Only on occasions when we are unable to contact the recipient will their order be delivered to the doorstep. We typically communicate any delivery issues with the person who placed the order.

We offer a 36 hour guarantee on all orders delivered directly to the recipient. Doorstep orders are not included. Pick up orders are not included in this guarantee. We will not honor any complaints after the 36 hour period.
